This post was written by Veronica Van Gogh, not Heather. I set up this blog for Heather and took the liberty of writing the first post, which is ALL true. I’ve been training with Heather for 9 months and she is really amazing! I look forward to our workouts a lot. My site is http://www.veronicavangogh.com/

Remember what recess felt like? Remember watching the clock as the teacher would drone on about history or math or science, waiting for the little hand to crawl from five minutes to four minutes to three minutes to two? Then finally the bell rang, and you could run outside and play?
That’s what working out with Heather feels like. It brings you back to the time when being physical wasn’t a chore, but something that animated your life.
At recess, you might do push-ups or pull-ups or go on the monkey bars, but you barely noticed because it was all part of the game - whether the game was “get to top of the jungle gym faster than he did! or “Show off for the cute girl you like,” or “get as much fun as you possibly can out of fifteen minutes on a black tar top.”
Heather’s good at creating games and activities that bring out that recess feeling for adults. At the same time, she’s got the knowledge to back up the fun - so she’ll make sure the games she plays are what’s good for you. You just won’t necessarily notice.

Well Heather,
What can I add on to these comments?
You make me do pushups, and I am always
the person heard groaning and swearing under
my breath. When I started, I could barely do the girlie
push-ups… at least now I can sort of do them.
Don’t like them any bit better, but I am seeing their
value with visible results, and better yet… so are other people… ;+)
Besides all that, Heather is hella fun!
